Please make your reservation as soon as possible, because quite often we are fully booked, especially in the peak season, room availability sometimes changes daily. After receiving your booking, within three days maximum we send you a detailed confirmation with the total costs, subject to room availability. A deposit of 50 % of the renting fee is required. This deposit should be paid within the next three days on our bank as instructed in our confirmation.
If payment is not received within the given time limit the booking will be void.
Our guests are entitled to cancel their booking up until 30 days prior to the booking date. Any deposit will be refunded, minus bank transfer cost.
The outstanding balance for the accommodation is due by check-in. Sorry we do not accept credit cards.
Thai-Bath, Euro or US-Dollar notes are welcome. The rates given in Euro and USD are a reference only. The actual price is based on the current exchange rate to the Thai Baht on the day of check-in.
The minimum booking period is three nights.
Please note that Breakfast is not included in the room rates A reasonable deposit should be supplied accordingly.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or later, check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you which to check-in before 12:00 noon, we charge the fee for one more night.
For our pick up service we need your exactly arrival data.
